Dan is an editor and assistant editor based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.

He has experience across a wide range of drama and factual projects. Most recently, he was a second assistant editor on A Minecraft Movie (2025). His other assistant editor credits include feature film Ash (2024), NZ/Irish co-production The Gone Season 1, and Power Rangers Dino Fury Seasons 28 & 29. In addition, he has editing credits on Motorway Patrol Season 22, Heartbreak Island Season 3, and for production company One Day Video.

He wrote, co-directed, and edited his first short film, mockumentary Swaxxed, which was part of the official selection for Aotearoa Surf Film Festival 2023.

He has also worked as animator, creating an animated sequence for 2024 Loading Docs short Out There as well as a music video for Rosina & The Weaver’s song Bowie in the Bathtub.
